Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping costs vary based on the delivery method selected and the destination address. You will see the shipping costs during checkout before confirming your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and location. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive in 2–3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may require supporting documentation, such as photographs of the damage.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to modify shipping details once the order has been processed or shipped.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery time estimates, delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier. ChaCha’s Magic is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

9. Returns and Shipping Costs

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how returns and exchanges are handled. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
